Passion and Pride in helping buyers and sellers realize their dreams
I am proud to represent you in your real estate transactions. Being in sales is a passion of mine. After
raising my children in the south and then traveling five times around the globe, each time I returned to
the States I felt an immense sense of pride that I lived here. When I settled in Gig Harbor, I knew that
I had come to God's Country. Owning a piece of this great country is not just a privilege, but an honor.
I want you, my buyers, to experience that pride in ownership, and my sellers, that are represented by me,
who are committed to those same values.
In Gig Harbor, our parks system and waterfront draw you to the outdoors. We have
views of the Puget Sound and Mount Rainer from virtually all parts of our waterfront. It really is
the quality of living that attracts people to this community. There is nothing I enjoy more than an
evening at home with family and friends enjoying a good meal and hearing about what is happening in
their lives and our community.
In addition to being a wife, mother and grandmother, I have also been in sales for many years. For 12
years of my life as a member of the Merchant Marine, I developed strong negotiating skills and was
often the only woman on the ship -- and often in a supervisory position.
What you should know about me:
- I am passionate about what I do.
- I am the best at what I do. I will get the transaction completed and closed.
- I listen to my clients, to what they want and need.
- I understand the needs of first-time buyers and investors as well as those homeowners who know it is time to upscale or downsize at this stage in their lives.
- I continue to learn to better serve and hold an ABR and GRI designation.
- I am a member of the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Soroptimist Club, Women's Council of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
One of my best moments in real estate:
One of my best moments in real estate came when I sold a home to a couple who lived in the Magnolia
neighborhood in Seattle. The following week, I received a call from their sister and brother-in-law asking
me to find them a property in Gig Harbor, so we can improve our lifestyle.
I truly do not believe there is any better investment financially or emotionally than
real estate. It's all about the dream. If someone has a dream or goal, I can make that happen. It's all
about the journey not the destination. I love being a part of that.
